The data controller for personal data collected through this website (enquiry forms, the guide price tool, live chat and WhatsApp) is S&K Group Holdings Ltd, company number 16703925, Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Your enquiry is shared with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which prepares your quote and, if you go ahead, becomes the controller for your contract and customer records.

Lawful basis
S&K Group Holdings Ltd handles website enquiries on the basis of its legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the group and passing their enquiry to the company that will quote. S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd uses your details to prepare your quote as a step you have asked for before entering a contract. Optional cookies for chat and analytics are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on our cookie policy page.
Who we share it with
Within the S&K Group to prepare your quote; with the installers who survey and carry out your work; and with service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Netlify (hosting), our email provider and, if enabled, Google Analytics. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Customer records are kept for 7 years after the job for legal and tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it to be moved. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
