About these terms
This website is provided by Resin Driveway Contractors, a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd. These terms cover use of the website. Any work you agree with us is covered by the written quote and contract terms you receive before work starts.
Guide prices
Prices on this website and from the guide price tool are guides only, including VAT, based on typical 2026 costs and the information you give. They are not offers. Your price is fixed in the written quote we send after a survey, once the scope and specification are agreed.
Quotes and contracts
Your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd. Quotes set out the specification, payment stages and timescales. If you agree a contract at your home, away from our premises, or at a distance (by phone, email or online), you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, you may have to pay for work already done. Bespoke or made-to-measure elements can be excluded from cancellation rights where the law allows; any such exclusion will be stated in your quote.
